Hello fellow sand beachers!
I have a question.

I have read the SBD book and have scanned over it again looking for my answers. I more than likely missed it.
Exactly how many grams of sugar, fat and carbs are we shooting for on a daily basis? I picked up the new book Dr. A put out and saw all these numbers and was thinking wow....thats high, or wow, that's low.......But what is the mark of average?
I hope this isn't a redundant question, and even if it is, please help me out!
