Default First week weigh ins

Today was the first day of my second week. I weighed in this morning and I lost 4 lbs. That is not the big number some folks get, but I am happy with it. I was perfect all week except I may have eaten a few too many nuts. Tonight my husband took me to see Jerry Seinfeld live in Oakland. What a great show! On the way home we stopped at the cold stone ice cream shop. My husband wanted some. I went ahead and got the smallest size sugar free/fat free vanilla with nuts. I know its not exactly on program. But it was a special night. I feel like it is a tiny splurge.
How did everyone else do who started last weekend?

I have lost 2 pounds this week. Which I am pretty happy with. Atleast the scale is going down and not up.

Hi everyone!

Today is one week on the beach for me. I have gone down 7lbs! Which totally amazes me. I have stayed on program for the most part. Only thing I didn't give up is my flavored creamers for my coffee. Which I am working on, I bought some of the DiVinci sugar free syrup and am using that with FF Land o lakes 1/2 & 1/2. Pretty different, but it works.

Keep up the good work everyone! On to week two in phase 1.

Hi,

I lost 5 pounds. I wish it was more but who doesn't. I can't believe how easy it is now. I'm happy that the scale in moving down and not UP. Congrats!!!

Today marks a week for me. And this morning I was down 5 1/2 lbs. I'm very happy with that! Congrats to everyone else!

Today is the beginning of week 2 for me (the second time I am doing this plan) and a very happy with my 6 pound loss. Ladies please help keep me going on this fabulous way of eatting.

I am on day 5 and have lost 4 lbs so far. I think it really has alot to do with how much you have to lose and probably how long you have been overweight because over time your body gets used to the extra weight and doesn't want to let it go, especially during the winter when it is used for insulation.

Today is the start of week two and I lost three pounds. I'm pretty happy with that because I only have about ten pounds to lose. When do the cravings supposedly go away? I actually dreamt about birthday cake last night....

Well bumblebee, today is my 10th day. I have had good days and bad, but today is the worst by far! I am craving everything I shouldn't have. It is 7:30 pm and I am still OK, but it hasn't been easy. I am hoping tomorrow will be a better day. I think it may be my TOM coming up.

I am very please with this diet! I am on day 7 now and have lost 7.4 pounds!
This is very encouraging! A friend just made me a delicious lunch today and sent me home with all kinds of new spices to try. SHe made me salmon patties and they were wonderful! I think they will be a great alternative to eggs for breakfast as well!
