Hey everybody! Is everyone afraid to post? There haven't been many posts today. Or yesterday for that matter. How long do headaches normally last in phase 1? I think mine are finally starting to subside. I hope at least! For 3 days on a diet I have lost alot of weight, but then again I have alot to lose and I guess almost all of it is probably water weight.
I hate to tell you but my headach lasted almost 6 days. I asked about it too. I was horrible having it because a couple of days it was a killer headache and then others it was a dull pain. I do feel tons better! I've noticed that I get full quicker and I can taste food again. I'm on my last couple of days of phase 1.
