SNAP - I also lost 3lb. I was also pleased. Cathy, I really don't see losing 1lb as bad - lol. I have had weeks where I am sure have gained a stone over the last year - lol - was just too much of a wimp to weigh myself. Denial - that is how I got this big - lol.

Hi Superwitch, thanks for coming back and congrats to you on loosing 3lb this week. I would be happy if I lost 1lb a week. I see that you live in Devon. Me too. I live in Plymouth. How about you? I have been good again this week so am looking for another loss. Anything will do as long as it is coming off. Hope to speak to you again soon

Hi Cat90. Well done for loosing that 1lb. Have you ever seen a lump of fat which weighs a pound. Yuck gross. I'd be happy to loose a pound a week. If is is coming off that is good enough for me. I love the "Gym will fix it" quote. I'm starting on Monday. Wish me luck. That reminds me...... must find my industrial strength sports bra. Ha Ha Ha Write again soon

I live in Torbay so a little way from you but not that far. We don't get to Plymouth much. I think that the last time we cam ewas about a year ago to go to Toys R Us for Birthday pressies for the kids.

I agree on the lump of fat thing - they used to pass lumps of fat round at our WW meeting - it was disgusting - lol.

Just up the road. Small world eh? The fat thing is gross but I would like a bit to plonk on top of the fridge or the food cupboard. Would definatley put you off nibbling the cheese or nicking the kids chocolate. Yuck. Are you following a plan or like me are you making it up as you go along?

I am doing slimming world again at home. Got all the books so seems pointless paying to get weighed. Hubbs is a fitness instructor and has fat and weight scales so I get a friend to weigh me at class. Went out for lunch today opted for roast so that was not too bad. Went to the zoo then and walked around all afternoon. Enjoyed it apart from the weather rainy and cold but hey better than sitting in watching the telly hey. When do you weigh? My weigh day tomorrow will let you knoe how I get on

Hi Superwitch. How did the weigh day go? I lost 1lb this week so am happy with that. I have been to the gym twice so far this week and have done one of hubbs classes so I am quite chuffed. Let me know how you get on. Keep it up

I had put on a lb - lol. Was my own fault for eating pizza at the weekend. Other than that I have been pretty good. Have been really good this week though and intend to have lost next week - lol.
