Hi all, I'm new to 3FC - love the entire site, what a great resource!
I've been overweight for a while. I'm currently at my highest weight - 187. I'm only 5 feet tall (no inches over that!)
Right now my plan is to stop eating out (my husband and I are bad about that, we eat out EVERY meal) and incorporate exercise into my schedule. It's been 5 days so far and I'm starting to enjoy cooking.
