Default Healthy Holidays
Is anybody here trying good healthy recipes for the holidays? If so, please share! I am trying some low glycemic ones - trying to pick a wild rice and mushroom stuffing - I will post what I pick!

Ahhh...I don't cook alot so I dont have any healthy holiday recipies cept for the ol' dinner salad and celery and peanut butter thing. I do the eating instead!
This is going to be hard this year because my mother-in-law makes it all from scratch and it's SOOO good but SOOO Fattening...Wahhhh!!
I'll jsut make like a rabbit and eat alot of salad... That wild rice and Mushroom stuffing sounds GOOD!! (Rice being my favorite starch here..) Good luck with it.
