if only i'd known....
so... looking back on your wls experience, anything you wish you had known beforehand that you've learned now? would it have changed the decision?
if i'd only known that this would be so livable, i would have done it sooner! seems strange to be saying that, since i fought the surgery for two years, but i really should have done this earlier.
hmmm. and one more thing. it really is a decision for a lifetime. it really is life altering, and i DON'T mean that it's possible to be thin. i mean that eating and attitudes toward food have to be changed forever so that i don't regain.
it's a real fear!
