Default Fist time to the Beach
This is my first post, I have been dropping bye, this has really got me motivated. I got the South Beach book started 2 weeks ago 11 lbs down. Then went off 1 ..bad day and gained 1 lb back.. Gee did that teach me something..So happy to find you all this is great...AT work I find myself sending lunch checking this sight out...Everyone keep up the good work...TisNew..
