I'm kinda new to this whole SBD thing. Very intrigued by the book so far, have been on the plan @ two weeks now. Can't really tell how much I've actually lost, but I
feel different. I'm not craving breads, pastas, popcorn, and that most deadly of junk... ice cream!
One day last year, while in the clearance aisle at Wal-Mart, we found several cans of artichoke hearts. The other day, did the following:
1 package pre-cooked cubed ham
1 can artichoke hearts, diced
4-6 ounces shredded Swiss cheese
Couple tablespoons Parmesan cheese
Pint carton of fake egg
I sprayed down my two baking tins, made for large muffins (each tin has 6 cups). I split my mixture up into 9 cups. An odd number perhaps, but hey, I like a big breakfast. I've had two for breakfast this morning, and have had no cravings so far.
For my next trick: Mushrooms, bacon, & cheddar!
