Hi everyone
This is my first post here. To make a long story short, I've battled every eating disorder from anorexia to bulimia to COE and currently fell back into bulimia after giving birth to my 2nd son. I was 246 before he was born, 220 a week after, and now I'm at 166, four months after his birth. But I feel terrible still doing this to myself and am fearful of what could happen if I don't stop

I'm still overweight and still need to lose weight but I want to try to lose it more healthfully, instead of fasting and then bingeing and purging. Right now I'm in that "all or nothing" thinking mode and I want to try to break that...to find a "happy medium" [[as you can see by my username

]] so yeah...has anyone been through a similar situation here at all? Being overweight and switching from disordered eating habits to healthy ones? It's hard, that's for sure. If anyone wants to email me you can at
