Question

My husband is really thinking about getting one of these things. I was wondering if anyone has tried or has one?
Are there noticible results as they say or is it another scheme???
Thanks for any info.

Default I just got it and I love it.

I follow his tapes every other day for 12 minutes. Then on the alternate days I put an exercising CD on and really move. I work up a sweat and I am really doing arobics but I am sitting comfortable. I hated the treadmill - boring - abrocker - couldn't get it right and neither can anyone else that tried. Stepper = boring.
Trust me this is the greatest thing on the market. My daughter is in college and when I mentioned this she said they all loved it. So I thought it was worth a shot. It is fun. You can really feel it in your midruff and waist. When I really do my CD exercising to the music I feel it in my upper arms even the my thighs. Well there is my testimonial.

Default AB-DOER

Hello

I just wanted to offer my opinon about the AB-DOER. I just got mine today, so I can't offer anything about resuts yet. However part of my decision to purchase it was.....my husbands co-worker and a friend of mine really swore by it. I will say it feels great doing it, and if you don't feel this is enough of a total body work out it really makes you feel energized to do another form of excerise when finished with the Ab-Doer. Hubby likes it as well and he does no form of excerise, but gave this a try and really loves it. I like the fact that to get an abdominal work-out you don't have to get on the floor like so many other Ab machines. Well lets hope after a month from now i'm still as enthusiastic. A final word you don't have to order it from TV, and it's cheaper not too. I live in NYC and got mine. at Target for $99 with one video which is instructional, Modells sporting goods also sells them for the same amount. Home Shopping Network sells them for 109 with 3 videos, beginner, intermediate and advanced total with S&H and tax $137 (a co-worker ordered thru them) A bit long, but helpful I hope.

Default LOLO

Hi LOLO

I was wondering if you got sore when you first started using the AB DOer? I have been doing it for 3 days now and no soreness. I thought if it was really working the muscels, I would be sore.

Thanks,
Bernadette

To all of you,
Please keep me up to date with the results. We are going to Target tomorrow and thought I would see if they have one. At least we wouldn't have shipping and/or return shipping to try it out.
I am glad to hear that you all like it. Sometimes I am really leary of the infomercial stuff but I do trust my fellow members here.
Thanks for the help and keep up the advice and results!

Default I don't know if I lost inches but

Yes I am real sore. I can tell I have been doing something around my middle and even the tops of my legs. Are you just doing what the tape says? At least 3 times a week I have been playing a CD and I mean a real exercising CD that makes you move. I move a lot then and sweat that I might wear a headband. I do that for about 20 minutes. I love it but I have to give it time for results I really just started myself. I lost 4 pounds last week. but it was dieting not really abdoer. Like my husband and I said I usually just sat on the couch and now I am working my muscles and I really feel good. Good luck

Well, we got one and guess what -- I was sore too!
I didn't think I was really working very hard til 2 days later and I was sore. I feel it in my obliques but not down the front. Am I doing this wrong???
My massage therapist did feel a difference in 2 weeks in my abs so it must be working
I still haven't lost my 2 inches in 10 days!!!

Let me know your success stories -- or pain stories too!

Default just keep doing it

hi i don't know if you are doing it wrong but do you follow the video. what i have been doing is just doing his video about 3 days a week. i should do it more but i want to lose about 25 pounds then i am really going to go for the gusto. i do not lose as quick when i exercise and i want those 25 pounds off but in the mean time i have not seen a real dramatic change but yet i feel really good and i think if i did it more i would. i love the abdoer and i am so glad i got it. like i said if i did it more i would be showing a little more improvement i think. still feel good though and thats what counts. right.
good luck... talk to you soon. lois
