Hi, felt right at home after reading some posts here, I`m older also late 50`s and is so hard to lose as we age I`m finding out.Been doing this woe of eating for 6 days now, is there a board for the older ladies? Thank You

Us "older" ladies are all in here with these smarty pants young chicks. Yes, it is harder to lose as you get older but remember we are a lot smarter too.

I think you'll find that all the ages (from the old farts

to the young pups

) kind of all hang together! It makes for a really well rounded group!

Ellis, if you have to ask what young is then you AIN'T!

I have to add that I feel younger all the time! I'll be back in diapers before you know it! Oh yeah...that may be truer than I know!

God !! If you think you are old at 50+ wait till you hit 70... I don't feel all that old although you may think so. I always think it is how you think about it... Keep busy and you won't have time to think about it..

Of course I have the old days too.
