Angry Happy Monday at the Beach DAILY

Take a deep breath..........did you?

What did it feel like?

Did it make you smile?
Did it refresh you?
Did it calm you down?
Did it make you feel like you can now tackle whatever it was that made you sad, frustrated, or just glad to be alive?

Do it again.

Now you are set for the day.

Remember to take time out to breathe.

Know I care and am PROUD of you.

Marcie

Thanks I needed that. I sometimes forget to just sit back and take a deep breath. I makes me feel like I can accomplish something. Have a great day.

Mornin Oh yes I took a nice deep breath and really feel pretty good today. Went for my 40 minute walk and it's a bit nippy outside, but nice. Specially since it'll be in the mid 80s this afternoon. Really doesn't feel like Fall. But I guess the cooler weather will be in the area tomorrow.

After work I'm going to grab something for supper then get out my 3 lb weights and do some toning . I'm surprised at how good I feel after doing that.

Have a good day.

I did take a deep breath, and I do feel a little better. It's not going to make up for the Milano cookies and pretzel sticks I ate last night, but maybe it'll motivate me to work it off. :-D Needless to say, I'm on Phase I for this week again. And just an FYI, for those who are fortunate enough to not know this yet, on those Hershey's sugar free candies, the bag says something like "Excessive consumption may produce a laxative effect" (because of the artificial sweetener). The serving size is 5, so I never imagined that ONE SERVING would be considered an "excessive amount". Well, apparently it is. :-D
