The inches/pounds thing is true for me, I haven't lost a thing in two weeks, I've been bouncing between 148 and 152, but no concrete weight loss. I decided to measure today, though, and was ecstatic to find that I've lost 1.5 inches off my waist and 2 inches off my hips!! Even so, though, I've learned to stick it out through stalls. I exercise regularly and eat right, so now all I have to do is be patient. I seem to stall for a few weeks then lose a few pounds, then stall again and lose a few pounds, etc. etc. It seems to happen more the closer I get to my goal, so hang in there! Good luck!
