Morning, troops!

Sarge is back to work, headache free at last!

Thanks for all the good thoughts.
Group Activity for Week of 10/05-1914.5!
Yesterday we talked a bit about our specific problems when it comes to away from home. Here are a couple sites I found that have some pertinent info:

I think of all of the suggestions I found my favorite is to learn how to control the evironment to suit your needs! I think that lesson can be helpful when eating not only in restaurants but anytime you eat away from home. I have decided that when we cruise I am going to ask for anything I need/want that isn't on the menu. Since I still can't really chew the challenge is to find soft food that is also OP, but if I ask for help it may be easier!
2Dog, I sometimes think I am a closet eater, too. I rarely overdo it when I am out, maybe because I have an audience?
Sflake-your meatballs sound good! Meatloaf is soft enough for me to eat so I bet meatballs would be, too! What do you use for a binder? I usually use bread crumbs or crackers....
Sharon, I like your thoughts about making dining out a social event, not a food event. Makes me hope we sit at a big table full of fun people on our cruise!
Robin, WATP is Walk Away The Pounds by Leslie Sansone. I love her videos. It is basically marching in place, kicks, knee lifts, and side steps that are set to music. There are several different varieties of the tapes..For Abs, Express, etc. Each tape has a mile equivalent (1 mile, 2 mile, etc)
Leslie-The type of restaurant you pick certainly can make it hard to eat OP! Bar food it the best...er...the worst!
Lizzie! Hi there Private Lizzie!
Gotta run and go work out! Later all!
