You are making this decision for the right reason therefore you provide your own luck.

I will wish you well and say that you CAN and WILL do it.

Lisa, live and learn, right? Changing your WOL takes time...and mistakes! Just consider it practice...next time when faced with the same challenges you'll have a better idea how to handle them!

You'll do fine!

Welcome back onto The Beach!
Good luck but rely on skill, my DH always says. We have the tools. Now we just need to use them.
Aren't carb hangovers terrible?

Whenever I do that, I try to tell myself, "tomorrow is a new day!" However, I was doing soooo good drinking all my water every day and working out every day... then Saturday came, I didn't feel like working out, and I didn't drink any water at all. Now it's Monday and I still haven't drunk any water or worked out. It's like I just gave in -- I need to kick myself in the butt!

This is sort of like learning to ride a bike, falling off, and then determining to get right back on, scrapes and all and master the darn thing.

I think we are often too hard on ourselves for a fall off the 'plan wagon'. It does happen to us all. We have to forgive ourselves, and get right back at it. One off plan day should never be enough to make one 'give up' and go back. We all know the old way of eating is just not the way to have a healthy life. So WE CAN DO IT!!!!

So jump right back and you know you'll feel better. Lizzie

Lisa.....

We all make mistakes, or unwise choices. You are no different.

Put it behind you, and move forward in the right direction.

Pull from the knowledge that you have, and get back on the

Beach! You CAN do it!

Hang in there!
