Troops, ten hut!

Beginning tomorrow we will be launching an all out attack on the enemy! Based on feedback from you fine recruits the areas we will be hitting are:
Getting enough water.
Problem times of the day
Emotional eating (mostly stress related it seems)
Habit eating..."mouth hunger!"
Lack of structure.
Unrealistic expectations and/or goal setting.
Exercise!
Eating away from home.
While we have battled these problem areas in the past, it is time for an organized assault! This will be a group effort, as it takes a team to mount such an attack. We will devote two days to each specific problem. The first day I will try and give you a bit of information about the topic, links to helpful websites, etc. The next day you can add your insights and tips about that area.
So, tomorrow we will start the week with WATER! Love it or hate it, water is part of the trinity, and therefore cannot be ignored!
Group Activity for Week of 9/28-2248! Whoo Hoo, we met our goal with a day to spare! Leslie's 185 minutes put us over the top!
Way to go, troops!
Ruth, I like that website on getting realistic weight goals. I don't really have a number in mind, to be honest. My DH asked me how much more weight I wanted to lose, and I was at a loss for an answer. I guess until the bumps and bulges are gone and the muscles are a bit more defined?
sflake-don't despair, Private! Exercise has been added to the playbook, and we will hit it hard!
Sharon, same with eating away from home! Good idea!
Lizzie-I like your understanding that paying to go exercise is a motivating factor for you. For me being able to do it at home on my own schedule is a factor! I looked into Curves but the ones around here don't open until 9:00am or so and that is my bedtime!
Leslie-got your time! Thanks...that put us over 2200 for the week!
Jennifer-You know, life really isn't fair. Those that have boobs seem to keep them, and the rest of us? Well, lets just say that going braless is once again an option for me.

Or it would have been if I hadn't breastfed 4 babies...the girls have headed south for the winter I'm afraid!
So, squadron, report back here tomorrow for a report on WATER. Sounds exciting, huh?

I'll do my best not to bore you all to tears. I promise!
Have a wonderful day every one!
