Hi Everyone! Welcome back!

Steps from yesterday: 7,366

Have a Blessed day!

April 1

James 1:4
But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing.

Wouldn't it be wonderful if there were a magic wand that we could wave, and suddenly the pounds would melt from our flesh and we would be the perfect weight? I know of no one who would choose the rigors and demands of a diet over a magic wand. Unfortunately, there are no magic wands, and the only way we can lose weight is to set ourselves to the task-body, mind, and spirit. We need to ask God's help, that we might remain committed to the task no matter how long it takes. When we call on the Lord, He will grant us the patience we so badly need.

Today's thought: The longer the wait, the less the weight!

Default Still gaining 😒

Hey guys. So today I'm up to 220 lbs. Now this seems COMPLETELY unfair to me. However...I've gained muscle in my left arm to 9.6 from 9.4. I've gained muscle in my trunk from 69.6 to 69.8 and I've gained muscle in my right leg from 12.4 to 12.6.

I went from 141.8 lbs muscle mass to 142.6! Also I put on bone mass! Went from 8.8 to 9.

I grew up in gyms with mom so I know all about how the same amount of muscle looks to fat...

I'm HAPPY to be gaining muscle but NOT WEIGHT. I know muscle burns fat so hopefully my body will torch this belly soon. My waist to hip ratio is only .79 but my waist is 38 and my hips are 46. Yes I'm very curvy.

I graduated from 8 curls with the 16 lbs weights to 10 reps 🙂. I'm TRYING to do normal push ups but I've had shoulder injuries in the 2 car accidents and my left shoulder does not like that much weight on it.

Also I'm craving protein like crazy and It is hard to eat balanced and low cal. I can't stand shakes but i do like cottage cheese blended coffee for a protein shake.. I have really taken a liking to having boiled eggs. I need to bring my carbs down and im sure I might start losing weight and not lose too much muscle.

Hope you are all doing well. It's more about fitness than losing weight. Staying strong as we age

Nett i do chair exercises. I did one on YouTube this week called 7 min abs...and my abs were killing me. They are great and easy to stay consistent 👌
