Not sure what is going on with me. I was doing ok in January then I wasn’t.
Going to reset & try something different for February with my food intake.
work is going to be crazy for the next few months so not sure how my exercise is going to go, but the intake I CAN AND WILL CONTROL!

A little tick up today, but it’s better than it was yesterday that I didn’t log. Weekends are hard because I eat out. I am definitely much better during the week when I can control what I’m doing….
Way to go, Wendy! My weight bumped up recently for no good reason. I'm blaming inflammation caused by early spring allergies. Since it's already headed down again, I'm not too worried.
I can't explain why my weight was up so often this month. I'm blaming allergies. But, also, I'm working on some ideas for how to lose weight, anyway, in March.
