I'm increasing minutes by exercising while watching the Olympics. They're inspiring. I'll need more than 60 minutes a day to get to 1800 minutes in the short month of February.
February goal: 1800 minutes including 4 long walks and 4 long yoga sessions
My previous post in February is missing ? I mentioned that my February goal is 400 minutes again. I didn't want to increase my minutes this month because I didn't get started with my exercise until the 2nd week in February.
