Arrow February Exercise Challenge

I'm increasing minutes by exercising while watching the Olympics. They're inspiring. I'll need more than 60 minutes a day to get to 1800 minutes in the short month of February.

Hi Joy,

My previous post in February is missing ? I mentioned that my February goal is 400 minutes again. I didn't want to increase my minutes this month because I didn't get started with my exercise until the 2nd week in February.

Feb Goal: 400 minutes

08: 25 walk
10: 35 walk (60/400)
12: 30 pool exercises (90/400)
13: 30 treadmill (120/400)
14: 40 walk (160/400)
18: 45 walk (205/400)
19: 40 walk (245/400)
23 50 walk (295/400)
24: 50 walk (345/400)
