The battle wasn't won yet, but Henry felt it was close. He looked better, felt better, and had a more positive attitude. Life was so much more fun, now that he was thinner. All the really hard times were behind him, and he felt his future was pretty bright. God had certainly been good to him. Every day, Henry took time out to thank God for all He had done. Henry didn't know what he'd done to deserve such great blessings, but he wasn't going to question it too much. With God's help, he had been able to do what he could never do before: lose weight!

Today's thought: God's helping me be both lighter of body and lighter of spirit!

Hi Everyone!

I had a gain of 0.4 for November. That's not too bad with all the events that I had.

My food was off plan today.

Exercise: outdoor walk, lower body strength, abs, chair aerobics

I used the weight at the doctor's office on November 6 which was 209. Todays weight was 208.5 so a half pound lost for November. I'll take it.
Im doing something a bit different for December and that will be to focus on exercise. 30 minutes per day for 7 days will equal 210 minutes for the week. I did 30 minutes today.
I decided not to throw out the pie and ate it instead. Now I'm suffering the consequences. Ugh. Making bad choices isn't good.

When he was young. Luke always came in last. He was never more than an average student; he had never succeeded much in anything he had done. That all changed when he decided to lose weight. He realized that much of his problem was a lousy self-image. He knew he could succeed, even if no one else believed it. He would prove it to himself, if nothing else. Evening
I haven't felt good today and I've been pushing myself. My sinuses have been really clogged. I didnt exercise until 7.30 p.m. but thats okay. I'm better for doing the exercise.

Exercise:
