Hello everyone! I searched and couldn't find a thread for 'getting out of the 180s'...when I used to frequent this forum ages ago I enjoyed the threads for 'getting out' of a particular 'decade', so here I am, with a goal to GET OUT of the 180s....before the holidays

I will be weighing daily and I will try to post my weight each day to keep myself engaged with this process.
Weight today: 187.8 lbs
Today was the third time in a row that I went walking in the morning: 90 minutes. Weight higher than yesterday but that is likely because I had not exercised in a LONG time.
