Woman's World magazine, there is an article entitled "Reduce your risk of dementia".. the findings are from research done by Judith Lynn Heidebrink, MD, a neurologist at University of Michigan (
https://www.uofmhealth.org/profile/6...-heidebrink-md ).. she cites several different simple changes in lifestyle that are proven to protect your brain... like, doing puzzles & playing games; getting more exercise; controlling your blood pressure; staying social... but the one that will interest folks on this forum, Eat more plant-based foods... here's what it says:
