Hey everyone! I've been researching different approaches to weight loss and keep hearing about the carnivore diet. Has anyone here actually tried it? I'm curious if it really works or if it's just another fad.
From what I understand, it's basically just meat, eggs, and some dairy - no veggies, no fruits, no carbs at all. Sounds extreme, but some people swear by it for fat loss and mental clarity.
This Week's Meal Plan (My Experiment):
Morning:- 3 scrambled eggs cooked in butter
- 2 strips of bacon
- Black coffee
Lunch:- 1/2 lb (225g) ribeye steak
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt to taste
Dinner:- 1 lb (450g) ground beef patties
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- Bone broth
Why I'm Trying This:- Simplicity - no calorie counting
- Supposed to reduce cravings
- Many report fast fat loss results
Would love to hear from anyone who's done this long-term! Does it get easier? Any tips?
