I changed my mind about wanting to lose more weight -- it proved to be harder than I'm currently prepared to work on it. On the other hand, maintenance, for me, requires keeping the weight loss mindset, including weighing myself way more often than I did in June.
So, here's my July goal:
Maintain below 83kgs, weigh 20x
as usual but this time I am sticking with it. 5 minutes of walking per day....working my way up to 2 hours of walking per day (I used to do that as a teenager).
Just to clarify the 2hr/day goal is not for this month but is more a long term goal. For the rest of this month 5 mins/day.

I did not meet my walking goal but i lost 7 lbs this month exceeding my weight loss expectations.
