If I'm going to meet this goal, I'm going to want to be more attentive to it! My real goal is to be at around 80kgs before my annual doctor's appointment on August 6 -- five pounds down from my weight at last year's appointment. Meeting this goal is an important step to meeting that one.

I ended up gaining half a pound this month but my weight seems to jump all over the place at the moment, but the underlying trend does seem to be somewhat downward.
