Well 203 today?

I did eat 2000 calories yesterday including a bag of spicy chili doritos. I overdid those and the watermelon sour patch things I was chomping on...

I did work out and cycled while watching "prisoner of beauty" with mom.

I also was running around alot yesterday and I bounced on my exercise ball in intervals (harder than it sounds)

Starting out June strong. I did see a temporary 196 lbs on the scale last month and hoping for more scale downs 😅.

However, I'm hitting the WORKOUT button even harder..

I have started cycling and bouncing in my free time..

I get up in am, read my Scriptures for the day and then start playing phone games on mist play and work out during the videos...😀.

You can do 100 heel slides (harder than you think) and I know lots of exercises to do while those boring repetitive videos run.

I have NO attention span so I just ignore the video and start doing sets in between the game play.

I really can't sit still very long (mom calls watching videos with me "Chinese Drama torture" because I'm constantly getting up and pausing...so it works for me...I grab my cycle and start pedaling or bouncing...

Hopefully I'm burning more...I'm trying to keep up calorie counts everyday and am still doing low carb/high carb days...

Some days the hormones win though

Good afternoon! Went for two walks and ran errands today. I also did two loads of laundry. I dried one load and have the other one in the dryer. 😁🎓😷👩‍🏫

Good morning! Had breakfast. Will do my exercises in a few minutes. Will get ready to go to church after that. I prefer to go to the store in person. I live near my local supermarket. 😁👩‍🏫😷🎓

Good Morning, Everyone!

Yangtzer I love grocery shopping in store. I love grocery stores in general. A crazy fact about me . . . . I love going to grocery stores when I am out of town. Ok so that is embarrassing to admit, LOL. Why do you prefer online grocery shopping? I love rainy, overcast days.

Steps from yesterday: 10,003

Have a Blessed day and stay safe and healthy!

Copied from Crosswalk Devotions for Dieters

June 1

1 Corinthians 13:12
For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face: now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known.

One thing would really make dieting easier: Knowing what the results are actually going to look like. When we diet, we have to hold onto some image we have created in our own minds. Perhaps it is an image crafted from an old picture, or a memory of what we looked like so many years ago. Still, there is no tangible goal we can point to and say, 'That is what I will look like when I lose weight.' We have to live in hope of something we want, and hope can be scary. Ask God to help you. He will enable us to believe in what we imagine, even when we can't always see it in reality.

Today's thought: I'll know better why I'm dieting after I'm done!
