Hey everyone 👋
This is my first post, and honestly—it’s a little nerve-wracking to put myself out there like this. But I know I’m not the only one who’s ever felt lost, frustrated, or even betrayed by their own body.
My name is Dave and i have been working out and collecting knowledge on weight loss since 2020
So here goes…
I’ve spent years chasing weight loss.
Tried it all—keto, cardio, fasting, detox teas (ugh, never again).
I’d lose a little, then gain it all back—and more.
It felt like my body was working against me no matter how “disciplined” I was.
It wasn’t until I stopped chasing quick fixes and started actually listening to my body that things changed.
I learned how to:
✅ Eat for my hormones
✅ Support my metabolism (instead of wrecking it)
✅ Stop fearing food
✅ And yes—finally lose weight fast in a way that actually feels good
Now, I’m down 27 lbs and counting—not just physically lighter, but mentally free.
I’m here to share everything I’ve learned—the real stuff no one talks about.
If my story helps just one person stop struggling the way I did, then it’s worth it.
