April Exercise Challenge

April goal: 1500 minutes
1: 50 dance, stretch, legs; 50/1500
2: 50 dance, stretch, yoga; 100/1500
3: 30 dance, stretch, legs; 130/1500
4: 25 dance, stretch; 155/1500
5: 40 walk, dance stretch; 195/1500

end: gym 0x, sailing 0x, climbing 11x, walking 1x - 12x total
my gym membership expired & I need to find another gym with better opening hours, so no gym'ing or running this month. the weather is much nicer now so hopefully I'll be able to do some sailing next month & maybe some outdoor running instead of a treadmill.
