Just made it home a little while ago. Squeezed in a mini workout...now vegging in bed watching Chinese Drama

1229 calories and only 54 g protein 💪

Good Morning, Everyone and welcome back!

My weight stayed the same from my weigh in on January 1. This is a good thing. I have been dealing with a lot of stress with my church situation. I know I have had quite a few higher calorie days in January and a few days of off plan eating. Things haven't been perfect but I do feel that I have made progress. One of the slogans in OA is progress not perfection.

Steps from yesterday: 2,660

The solution to guilt is forgiveness, and forgiveness comes to us through our advocate, Jesus Christ the righteous. Jesus knows that we sometimes give in, and He loves us just the same. Accept His love, accept His forgiveness, and let go of any guilt you may feel.

Total Approx 1630 calories + coffee

Breakfast 480 calories + coffee
coffee w/cream & sugar
yogurt, protein granola bar, prunes 480 calories

Lunch 250 calories
protein bar 250 calories

Dinner 900 calories
cheeseburger 500 calories
french fries 400 calories

Exercise:
bike & abs at the mall

I knew a man who tried a new diet about every two months or so. He would buy the newest diet book and throw himself into the program wholeheartedly. For a week or so, he would remain faithful, then, when results didn't occur fast enough to suit him, he'd fall away. He would curse the diet plans, saying they were no good, completely ignoring his own responsibility to stick to the plan. A book, a law, or a set of rules won't have any effectiveness unless we remain faithful to it. The desire to succeed won't come from a book; it needs to come from a deeper source. For us, that source is Jesus Christ.

Today's thought: Christ is better than any diet book!

201.6 lbs yesterday 1229 cs the day before with LOTS of walking activity, etc...
201.8 lbs today 1787 cs yesterday...lots of activity including zumba with weights, house cleaning, and a walk down the road with my mom. Got 74g protein.

Like to know when I will see the weight loss from my efforts!

Have to work all day today + church. Going to give client a shower today too.

Diana, i love that slogan. It was the slogan while my son was in drug rehab school.

1900 calories today. Been busy but didn't have to work all day like I thought. Started out my youngest wasn't feeling well. My coworker covered.

Did zumba with weights again
