Default south beach diet food check in january 2025

1/9/25 phase 1-day one

breakfast
eggs with cherry tomato spinach peppers smoked ham low fat cheese, unsweetened plain almond milk

lunch
ground turkey taco meat, salsa,veggies, low fat cheese, 2 tablespoons plain greek yogurt, low fat cheese, 1 tablespoon lite ranch.

Dinner
chicken sausage , bell peppers, onion, cooked in cooking spray

snacks
lite string cheese 30 cal of deli roasted turkey , herbal chai tea with splenda and plain unsweetened almond milk, cashews

exercise 30 min bike, 45 min eliptical

breakfast
egg/egg whites, bell peppers, onion, mushrooms, reduced fat feta, unsweetened plain almond milk
lunch
ground turkey taco meat, salsa,veggies, low fat cheese, 2 tablespoons plain greek yogurt, low fat cheese, 1 tablespoon lite ranch
dinner
chicken crust pizza-ground chicken breast, seasoning, egg, partskim mozzarella and reduced fat parm peppers onion mushrooms green olives (2)sliced salad with reduced fat italian

snacks
hard boiled eggs and sliced cumcumbers with franks hot sauce, peanut butter

Ended up not having the chicken crust pizza
Had for dinner lean turkey burger on lettuce bun with pickles onion sliced tomatoes and lite mayo

Lunch
Salad turkey patty left over from last night romaine lettuce onion cucumber cherry tomatoes 1tbsp reduced fat feta 1 tbsp lite cesar.dressing
dinner
Leftover chicken sausage Peppers.onions
Snacks
Cucumber slices laughing cow cheese, dry roasted peanuts

Found extra lean turkey patties marked down. Cooked them up last night. They are delicious in salad. I have 2 more left. Will save for lunch during the week.

cottage cheese taco bowl lean ground beef lettuce taco seasoning salsa cottage cheese

dinner
chilli side salad lite dressing

snack
1 tbsp peanutbutter , dry roasted peanuts, cottage cheese in the evening

salad with a diced ground turkey patty, lettuce onion tomato cucumber reduced fat feta lite ceasar dressing

dinner
leftover chicken sausage with peppers and onions

snacks
string cheese with a piece of deli turkey wrapped around it and a dill pickle, cottage cheese with splenda and almond extract (using cottage cheese instead of ricotta)

shrimp steamed broccoli

protein coffee with black coffee, dry roasted nuts, sugar free jello

dinner
chicken green beans steamed broccoli

made an awesome egg bake

took 1 tube of jennie o turkey breakfast sausage, 8 eggs, 1/2 c low fat cottage cheese, spices to make homemade taco seasoning, onion, bell pepper, 1 can rotel drained, 1 cup lowfat cheese. cooked turkey sausage in a pan with taco seasoning, added taco seasoning and water. mixed all ingredients along with cooked turkey sausage and put in a 9x13 baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. bake 375 for 30-35 minutes. this is delicious. made 8 servings!!!

airfried chicken breast with seasonings, steamed veggies
7 days down-7 more to go for phase one

1/17
yesterday did not have the chicken breast for dinner. ended up having egg bake instead. i really did not feel like cooking. so I will make something with the chicken tonight. found a recipe on here for tuna cakes or muffins. can use canned salmon. i think i am going to make those for meal prep this weekend. desperately need some produce. miss the farmers market!! hubby got me a new fitbit. love it so i guess i have no excuses to not get moving.

breakfast
protein coffee-protein powder with black coffee and unsweetened almond milk

lunch
egg salad with lite mayo and mustard, sliced cucumber

snacks
turkey pepperoni, laughing cow lite cheese, mini bell peppers, dry roasted peanuts, jello

dinner
either chicken crust pizza topped with veggies or grilled chicken and veggies
