Found extra lean turkey patties marked down. Cooked them up last night. They are delicious in salad. I have 2 more left. Will save for lunch during the week.

string cheese with a piece of deli turkey wrapped around it and a dill pickle, cottage cheese with splenda and almond extract (using cottage cheese instead of ricotta)
took 1 tube of jennie o turkey breakfast sausage, 8 eggs, 1/2 c low fat cottage cheese, spices to make homemade taco seasoning, onion, bell pepper, 1 can rotel drained, 1 cup lowfat cheese. cooked turkey sausage in a pan with taco seasoning, added taco seasoning and water. mixed all ingredients along with cooked turkey sausage and put in a 9x13 baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. bake 375 for 30-35 minutes. this is delicious. made 8 servings!!!

yesterday did not have the chicken breast for dinner. ended up having egg bake instead. i really did not feel like cooking. so I will make something with the chicken tonight. found a recipe on here for tuna cakes or muffins. can use canned salmon. i think i am going to make those for meal prep this weekend. desperately need some produce. miss the farmers market!! hubby got me a new fitbit. love it so i guess i have no excuses to not get moving.
