Default Happy New Year, ALL! Starting today!

I'm afraid to look at the scales. Planning to stay on my low-cal diet of 1200 a day and to begin exercise in my home. Must clear off equipment first. Haha. Happy New Year, Everybody! 😀

Default So far, not too bad.

Weighed yesterday and the damage was not too bad. Increase calories per day to 1600. Must start on the stationary bike today adding one minute for each day. Try to go outside each day.
