Hi everyone,
I am curious to hear how others here have successfully combined resistance training with their weight loss efforts. While cardio workouts are often the go-to for burning fat, I’ve found that incorporating weight and resistance training into my routine has made a significant difference in boosting my metabolism and enhancing fat loss. Over the past few months, I’ve been focusing on full-body strength training, including exercises like squats, deadlifts, and overhead presses. These have not only helped me build muscle but also kept my body burning calories long after the workout ends.
My goal has been to lose weight while preserving muscle mass, and resistance training has definitely played a major role in achieving this balance. I’ve noticed that my body composition has shifted, even though the scale hasn’t dropped dramatically. The muscle gain seems to help with overall fat loss, and my body feels tighter and more toned.
I’d love to hear from anyone who’s tried a similar approach. What exercises have you found most effective for combining weight loss with muscle growth? Do you follow a specific diet to support this?

Any tips on keeping resistance training varied and motivating while still aiming for weight loss? Let’s share
