Default Eat pineapple / drink pineapple juice ! !

Just throwing in my SUCCESSFUL experience to share with you all. Been stagnant with any weight loss / visual loss of pudgy areas etc....started eating pineapple DAILY.... 2 - 3 small servings (with juice) per day for just the last 2 + weeks. NO other changes / adjustments to diet or exercise....very noticeable mass reduction in mirror / leaner body composition and went from 1 bowel movement to TWO per day....I know....T.M.I. on that one but revealing to effectiveness. Pineapple is VERY HIGH in enzymes. Just eating regular canned pineapple....no added sugar etc. This has been a game changer for me.
My other tip (not as radical) is just eat apples for those late night cravings, and maybe a tablespoon of peanut butter...knocks cravings out without guilt.

I guess what works is different for everyone but personally I have problems with blood sugar and pineapple is high in natural sugars so I wouldn't recommend it to everyone. But I'm glad it worked for you! I've been sipping a little apple cider vinegar daily - I heard that can help regular blood sugar. Not sure if it works yet.

I wish I could. Pineapple isn't great for those with asthma-- and is even worse for asthmatics with a sensitivity to bromaline.

Thanks for sharing your experience! It’s great to hear that incorporating pineapple has been such a game-changer for you. The boost in enzymes from pineapple and the extra fiber from apples definitely make sense for supporting digestion and curbing cravings. Plus, that late-night apple and peanut butter combo is a classic for a reason—simple, satisfying, and packed with nutrients.

It’s interesting how small, consistent tweaks can lead to noticeable changes like the ones you’ve described. Definitely inspires me (and probably others!) to rethink those little daily habits. Keep it up, and thanks again for the tips!

That's fantastic to hear, and thank you for sharing your experience! It’s great to know that something as simple as eating pineapple daily has helped you with noticeable changes. The enzymes in pineapple can definitely support digestion, and your late-night snack tip with apples and peanut butter is a great, healthier alternative to satisfy cravings. Keep it up! College assignments can be challenging, especially when it comes to writing papers for multiple subjects. I was feeling overwhelmed with an upcoming research paper, so I decided to try the Academized website here https://academized.com/college-paper-writing-service and their college paper writing service. The writer I worked with delivered a thorough, well-organized paper that helped me score higher than I expected. The paper was well-researched and followed all the guidelines perfectly. Thanks to Academized, I was able to submit a top-notch paper on time!

I agree with you.

Thanks for this post, I will definitely try this. I recently learned about the beneficial effects of lemon on https://betterme.world/articles/craving-lemons/ . I have already started testing it. Now I am thinking of trying pineapple. I am generally a person who has to test everything on myself before recommending something. I will write to you about the effects if it really helps

that’s amazing! 🍍 It’s so cool how a simple change like adding pineapple to your diet can make such a noticeable difference! The enzymes in pineapple are definitely a game-changer for digestion, and it sounds like it’s been a great boost for your weight loss and body composition. And I love the apple and peanut butter tip – such a smart way to satisfy cravings without going overboard. You’re totally on the right track, and it’s inspiring to see how small changes can lead to big results. Keep it up! 🙌 You’ve got this!
