I have been struggling with binge eating my whole life, I am a food addict. I got it under control for the longest ever during the 1st covid lockdown, reached my desired size (I do not weight myself, only measure), got in shape and kept it off til recently. Circumstances have led me back to binging this year, I am able to stop for a few months then go back to it. I gained everything I had lost, my hair is falling out in clumps, my back hurts, my insomnia is out of control, and the obvious, nothing in my closet fits anymore. Binging on foods I am intolerant to has also caused my feet, ankles and finges to swell (It is painful when applying pressure on them), I have an almost constant head and stomach ache and my skin has gone dry. I am so deflated, it is no longer just the weight, but my health is suffering from this non sense, but I still don't stop! The only other time I had success was with an accountability buddy and a support group. We supported each other throughout the day, and helped one another focus. I am hoping to find people looking for the same thing.
I am sorry to those struggling as I am. You are not alone! ❤️
Thank you to all that read this post, I appreciate you and your time!
Take care everyone and I hope to get some responses!

It's clear that you're determined to make a change, and reaching out for support is a huge step in the right direction. Accountability buddies can be incredibly helpful, and I’m sure there are others here who would love to team up and support each other.

I could use an accountability partner as well. It’s been along time since I’ve been on this site Maybe we can help each other I am sorry for all you are going through
Did you manage to find someone to team up with? Having a support buddy can make a world of difference, especially when it comes to staying motivated—whether it’s for weight loss, fitness goals, or even just pushing through a tough work or study schedule. Back in college, I remember how much easier things felt when I had someone to lean on. Funny enough, my best "study buddy" wasn't even a person—it was uk writings https://ukwritings.com/phd-writers. Their service helped me stay on track with my workload, and honestly, I don’t think I would have survived some of those stressful semesters without them. It’s always good to have that extra bit of support, no matter what you’re working toward

What you're describing—this constant struggle with bulimia, the relapse despite your best efforts, the physical pain and emotional impact—isn't a lack of willpower. It's a real battle, often linked to deep-seated factors: emotional, physiological, even traumatic.
I used to have problems with this too, but the main thing for me was the realization that it was not good for my health, and at one point I decided to change everything. Currently, I am trying to balance my diet and supplements from Canada Pharmacy Partner to replenish my body with the elements it needs. And of course I work out when I have time. This combination has worked well for me so far.
