Diana. Happy to hear that your hand was not injured. Arthritis can be very painful
Ciecie. Glad that you three are together. It's always good to have your siblings around during a time like this. My sympathy to you all.

Starting a new month, I'm only 6 pounds lighter, but I will take it. i will be more consistent this month
I'm waiting on a phone call from my doctor/surgeon. The hospital messed up when they scheduled me at discharge. But my new time is on Wednesday of this week.
I did finally find a watch pedometer that I like so I ordered it. Need to get back to basics
