I have been a member for a while but was always too shy to post.
Last time I logged in was in 2021 and I was in the midst of an anxiety implosion that left me practically housebound, eating, scared and I just got myself so lost.
My weight increased from 14st to 17st 10 and here I am 3 years later.
I have been diagnosed with a condition called Hydragenitis.
I have been diagnosed as a type 2 diabetic.
I have severe social anxiety and depression.
And I just felt like giving up but I had a bit of a realisation and now I am here to get S*** done.
I have gotten myself a treadmill. I have been using it for the last 3 of 4 days (mother nature decided to visit and I needed a self care day) so I have gone from barely moving life style to doing at least an hour on my treadmill a day and racking up at least 3.5 - 4.5km/hr.
Im trying to drink more water and I am just really hoping to find some support and also a diet buddy that will hold me accountable and check in regularly to keep us both motivated and pressing on.
