Weight Loss with Fasting
Hello. I'm Jill and I'm sharing my goal for the ITU Impact 90 Challenge. I am going to lose 5 BMI points or about 30 pounds over the next 90 days by using various types of fasts. I am going to crush this goal because I'm the type of person that does what she says she's going to do and doesn't give up. Once I reach my goal of no longer being obese, I'm going to move on to my next goal of toning my new body.
