Walking is seriously underrated. It’s my go-to reset button, clears my head, boosts my mood, and helps me stay active without needing a gym. I started with 15-minute walks after dinner and now I look forward to them daily. Bonus: it helps with digestion too. The only downside? I wore out my favorite sneakers and now need to buy some new ones. Thinking I’ll contact Light in the Box since they have decent options at good prices.
