Arrow January Exercise Challenge

January is a great time for new goals and new structures to support those goals! How will you exercise in 2024?

State your exercise goal and track it throughout the month with this supportive group of fellow exercisers. We'll compile our workout goals into a list. As each goal is met during the month, it gets turned RED in celebration.

Still recovering from covid in December!
Because I will be 68 this month, I will set 680 minutes of intentional exercise as my goal.

Jan1: 30 min walk
Jan2: 20 min walk
Jan3: 40 min walk
Jan4: 45 min walk
Jan6: 30 min walk
Jan9: 30 min walk
Jan10: 20 min walk
Jan 21: 30 min walk
Jan22: 60 min walk
Jan25: 50 min walk

TOTAL MINUTES: 355

Happy New Year! I'm still not feeling 100% after being sick for over 2 weeks in December. Recovery seems to be taking longer than usual.

Thanks Gardenerjoy: It will be 4 weeks next week and I'm still not feeling very well. I very seldom get sick and I don't think I've ever had a cold or the flu for 4 weeks. It just seems to be hanging on ...

My minutes goal is probably out of reach. Between the weather and a mid-month cold, I'm not too bothered by that.
