Good Afternoon! It's much cooler today and no humidity, a beautiful afternoon in my neighborhood! I went for a much needed pedicure this morning and it started to sprinkle as I went into the shop. It rained for a little over an hour; every little bit helps but we need more. I need to go to the grocery store, maybe this evening or first thing in the morning. It is fast becoming my least favorite thing to do! I did a load of laundry and vacuumed this afternoon, should dust but am out of the mood. I'm waiting for a return phone call for a popcorn recipe served on the 4th. I had a nice visit with a retired teacher this morning, and found out she is as passionate about her cats as I am. She has four!

Ceejay, sorry about your nephew having a relapse. What all is involved in a medical assessment? We periodically go to a mobile screening for stroke, aortic aneurysms, peripheral arterial disease, osteoporosis, and A-Fib. I’m not so smart to remember all that as we just got the info for our next appointment. Otherwise it’s every six months for lab work for me and every three for Bob, once a year physicals. We go to different doctors and his is a fanatic on weight.

I hear the UPS truck in the driveway and I'm not expecting anything. They like to use our driveway to turn around. Have a nice rest of the day!
