I’ve been bouncing around mid 180s, still trying to get back to 170s. I lose very slowly but I’m determined to do it.

I was at 185.2 at the end of last week but bumped up to 188.0 after the 4th of July festivities. I do believe I am back on plan and will be back down in a day or so.

I was at 184.4 after the 4th of July weekend eating. Hopefully back on plan today hoping to get this back down to 182 in the near future.
