There are a few key things to keep in mind if you want to lose weight and keep it off:

1. Eat healthy foods and avoid processed foods as much as possible.
2. Avoid sugar and sugary drinks.
3. Get enough exercise – at least 30 minutes per day most days of the week.
4. Stay motivated and don't give up – it's hard work but it's worth it!
