Hi All.
So just joined today , I started my journey monday 2/14/22. I woke up and looked at myself in the mirror, and didn't like who I saw looking back at me, a sad, depressed, not loving myself, obese woman and I decided something has to change. I am down four pounds now since Monday, I am eating about 1600-1800 calories a day, drinking a lot of water, and doing DDPY. Cut down on my sodium, sugar and carbs, I drink also caffeine free 7 up zero, and use my air fryer. I love to read, love true crime, listen to my favorite murder, diamond paint and crochet, and spend time with my husband. Please feel free to say hi and add me as a friend. I love meeting new people, I also battle, Bipolar, OCD, Agoraphobia, PTSD, Anxiety and Panic attacks, I am also a survivor of SA and DV.
