goals for today have not been attained.. but so far I'm keeping my fastong to 9pm till 9 am in the morning.

Fast started at 9pm last night but caved and had a cookie. I threw the rest of them out while ago.
Ate breakfast around 9.15 so I'm back on track.
will try to keep my calorie intake between 1400 to 1500 calories today. I need to bump up my calorie burn to at least 1500 calories today. Need to go to the gym also need to drink more water. Skin is extremely dry.
1600 calories burned 32 minutes of exercise 4000 st4ps. Will be posting food tomorrow. Drank only 12 ounces water
Fast started at 10.30 pm last night due to a late night snack. I will be eating breakfast at 8.15. Need to pick up nephew to run errands.
had a good day. Got in my 33 minutes of aerobics on the nustep at the gym also did bicep and triceps curls. So far have accumulated over 5000 steps but my calories burn is down to 1300 so far.
Bought some keystone strips but not sure how to use them . Guess I will figure it out.
Sis is getting ready to come to my house tonight to hopefully catch her flight out to Texas tomorrow. Hope the weather holds until she boards her flight and on her way.
Food for today has been 2 eggs for breakfast. A Rosie Jo cheeseburger with onion rings. Which were fresh made. No water so far today.and a chicken terriaki power bowl from subway, yum.
adding a bowl of Rice Krispies with milk and sugar. needed something sweet the munchies
so I had a jello fruit cup.. may have Carnation instant breakfast before I go to bed .
Had to get up early to take sis to the airport. Thankfully no bad weather. Came back home and went back to bed . I have a total of 7.42 hours of sleep. Forgot to take my thyroid med after I got up so I'm having to wait to eat breakfast.
I found an old MRC diet sheet that I liked using so im going to go use this the rest of this week. And yes I will be taking their supplements.
the radar s b ows that the heavy rain has moved out of our area. Im hoping the ice and snow stays away too. because I have an appointment to get my taxes done this afternoon.

breakfast was 2 eggs and a piece of toastand a zero sugar coke plus a caramel.
llunch was after I went to get my taxes done. The weather was not good but it was drivable. Stopped by Wendy's to get a taco salad. Not the healthiest but better than normal. It's been a beentimr of bad choices and will take time to change so for me it's day by day choice by choice.

This morning I've had a breakfast on plan..
It's cold this morning but I'm planning on getting out to the grocery store and the gym this afternoon.
did go to the gym this afternoon 38 minutes of cardio. Then to Walmart to get breakfast stuff for the kids in.the morning. Going to suggest cashew chicken for tonight food has been better today except I craved a zero candy bar. Sigh. .
Had the nephew and his children over night t so I didn't get to make my goals. But like I ve said before it's one day at a time and each day will be different. Calories are not bad but over. I'm realizing that I can't eat burgers and fries and make this diet work.
I was tired last night so I went to bed around 9 pm. I got in 8 hours sleep and that's sleeping with a 2 year old. She woke up early wanting her binky so I had to find that. I should be taking a nap but I'm not. Nephew is taking a nap.

Went to church this morning. I like our new pastor even though she is a woman. I'm old fashion and haven gotten used to women being in the pulpit.
Stopped by kfc and picked up mine and
nephews lunch. Hes been helping his brother move.
Went to bed a round 9.30. Got in a little over 7 hours sleep. Think I need to start going to bed around this time every night. I'm feeling more rested.
Food has not been good but will start again tomorrow. The diet plan I want to use starts at 7:00 am and I'm not awake that early so I'm going to revise the plan tomorrow. ive got to change my eating habits. I know fast foods are not healthy.
I like to watch my 600 pound life to keep myself motivated. I refuse to let myself get that big. Im obese.
A bit late in posting. I've blown my fasting window with a late night snack. I'm doing well with eating but still to many calories. I've burned
1844 calories according to my fitbit and have eaten 1782 calories. This is still a
small deficit. Plus I did go to the gym and worked out for 30 minutes. My fitBit shows 46 minutes but I also went to the grocery store also today.
sis got back a little early tonight. I just barely made it to the airport before she was texting me.
She had a good visit.
Thank you becca. I should be in maintenance but haven't made the real effort to lose the weight. It's a want to attitude but laziness gets in the way of doing the program. Starting the all day supplement plan plus trying to reduce calories again today. Will see how this goes. Wi update later
Didn't update last night. No exercise. The windchill was to cold for me to get out to the gym. Calories were within limit yesterday and had a calorie burn of 1500. And most of all I had a 13 hour fast. Think I'm finally getting into a good place. I decided to take the weight support supplements today and I can tell a difference.
we are under a winter storm warning for the next couple of days. I'm dreading it but I will survive as im prepared.
Had a call from a nephew from my other sibling and couldn't contact him.. it was a butt dial type thing but I called her to make sure everything was okay.
I had a doctors visit this afternoon but called and rescheduled it. Didnt want to be out in the winter weather
Hi Ceejay. Sounds like you're settling into your IF routine. I almost feel like I could do IF for the hours that you do. We/I used to eat later dinners for many years depending on our schedules, but not so much now. I'd have to eliminate my bedtime snack or move it up. Definitely doable, especially if it ended up that i change my bedtime to be a bit earlier. I'm accustomed to eating an earlier breakfast, but I could change that too for a few days per week. Do you intend to do IF 7 days per week?
