Hi, everyone!
I just bought the book the other day and am still reading it.
I have already lost about 65 pounds in the past year andI need to lose about 35 more. Most of it (if not all) is in my belly.
Can anyone tell me if this "diet" really does work to get rid of the belly fat? That is the one place that the fat just doesn't want to budge from and it's really depressing.
