Oatmeal
For the longest time, my first meal of the day was a heavy, calorie dense shake. It was like cement hitting my stomach and made me feel terrible. I don't have time to cook breakfast every day, so Oatmeal works great as a grab n' go kinda thing. If you guys don't know oatmeal is super beneficial for losing weight. The Real oats produce better healthier results, while the boxed oatmeal is no good. Oatmeal is rich in nutrients like magnesium, zinc, and fiber, which can help lower cholesterol.I would say oatmeal and grits are about the same when it comes to a good filler upper for a few hours... anyway wish me luck on this oatmeal journey. lol
