October 4th
breakfast protein shake in black coffee
snack hard boiled eggs, cut up veggies
lunch -salad with lots of veggies-grilled chicken , 2 tablespoons of reduced fat cheddar, 2 tablespoons garbanzo beans, turkey bacon cooked and crumbled (1 tablespoon), 1 tblsp lite italian dressing.
Dinner- lean steak and steamed veggies
snack rf cottage cheese blended into a dip with dry ranch powder, cut up veggies, sf jello
Broke fast with Green Juice (Kale, cucumbers, carrots, celery, ginger, apple) B- Scrambled egg with tomatoes, onions, and peppers, and fresh cheese. Black tea, collagen, and a little bit of almond milk L- Stir fry veggies (green beans, onions, carrots, snap peas, mushrooms, broccoli, red peppers) in 1tbs of avocado oil, 1 tbsp coconut amino, 1tsp ginger, and 3oz of ground turkey S- cold coffee with coconut milk D- salad (romaine lettuce, cucumber, and red onions) with leftover grilled chicken. 1 tbs ranch dressing.
After dinner: water with ACV
Activity: 1-mile walk
This morning, I prep some veggies for the week and I also cooked ground turkey for my lunches. I cooked the ground turkey with shredded carrots, green peppers, and shredded zucchini. I seasoned with garlic powder and onions, turmeric, and Himalayan salt. This way I hide some extra veggies for my boys
