  • my goal is to get at least 30 minutes of movement every day.

    AUGUST
    1: 45 MINUTES TREADMILL ON GYM
    2: 60 min yoga class

    3 30 MINUTE INDOOR WALKING
    4 10 MIN STANDING ABS 30 MINUTE INDOOR WALKING
    5 60 min power circuit class
    6 45 minute hike
    7 4 hours of pool time
    8 10 minute standing abs 30 minutes zumba
    9 48 min cardio kickboxing
    10 50 min eliptical
    11 50 min spin class
    12 47 min indoor walking (grow with jo)
    13 cardio kickboxing (grow with jo)
    14 55 minutes laps in pool at gym
  • My goal this month is the same as last month. 10K steps daily

    yes there are tons that i love and you can find them all on you tube. grow with jo is my favorite.

    rick bhullar is fun and it is nice to watch some eye candy while working out ( he is very easy on the eyes lol).


    you can also find walk away the pounds there as well.


    they are fun and a great way to move when weather is crappy. walk away the pounds is probably my least favorite but it still is an effective workout. i put some links up but there are tons of other videos by those same people and others

    this is the one i do for standing abs.


    there is another certified instructor that i follow on facebook and youtube. her name is tara allen. she goes under taraallen51. she has tons of videos on there from bollywood, bellydancing, barre, etc... she is amazing. youtube is great resource!!!
