Okay I am just full of questions tonight
I am on day 7 of Phase I and for the last 2 or 3 days have no appetite - I have to force myself to eat my 5 meals a day - I am not sure if this is because the meals feel so filling to me because I am eating the right foods?
The first 3 days were not like this I had cravings and was hungry and then once it passed I had no appetite
anyone else feel a loss of appetite?
Should I force myself to eat the snacks even though my stomach feels full?
